Nancy W. Harmon Smith, 72, of Troy, Kansas passed away Friday, May 2, 2025, at her home.

Nancy was born on November 18, 1952, in Fairfax, Missouri to Billy Jack and Laura (Ellison) Harmon.

Nancy married the love of her life, George Smith of Troy, Kansas on June 19, 1999.

He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Additional survivors, children, Jamey Combs (Dana), Andrea Snapp (Steve), Christel Hedden (Dan), Stephanie Kaniper (Alan) and Carrie Brockman (Crispin).
Grandchildren, Laura (Chris), Chloe (Dillon), Jacob, Jacqueline, Scott (Brittany), Shannon (Steven), Tanner, Kyler (Stevie), Kamryn, Koltyn, Collin, Corina, Taylor, and Gage (Sierra).
Great grandchildren, Amelia, "baby girl" Devoy, Kaysen, Drayton, Madalynn, and Eastynn.

Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
At the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas.
Visitation: 5-7 Monday evening at the funeral home. Where friends may call after 12 noon Monday.
Burial: Iola Cemetery, Sparks, Kansas.
