Joseph E. Schuetz, age 39, of Tecumseh, KS, passed away on December 24, 2023.

Joe was born in Topeka, KS. He was a 2002 graduate of Hayden High School and graduated from Washburn University with bachelor and master Degrees. Joe was currently employed at PTMW, Inc., in Topeka, KS.

Joe married Andrea Gomez, and they later divorced. He is survived by Andrea and their three children, Abigail, Liam, and Ethan. Other survivors include his parents, Ray and DeAnn Schuetz, one brother, Tom (LaDonna), and three nephews, Caden, Samuel, and Maverick.

Joe's happiest times were with his three children. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed talking about sports, history and politics.

A Our Lady of Guadalupe Nate Morales Knights of Columbus Council #11777 led rosary will be held at 8:30 A.M., followed by a memorial visitation from 9-10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.

A memorial service will take place at 10:00 A.M., at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Topeka.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made directly to Andrea Schuetz to help with future educational expenses with their children. Contributions can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
