Vicki was born on August 2, 1958, in Atchison, Kansas, the daughter of William L. Blair and Betty (Redmond) Blair. She attended schools in Atchison and graduated from Atchison High School in 1976.

Vicki was very stubborn about going on a date with him, but she finally did and a year later she married the love of her life, Dale Lee Campbell, on July 3, 1981 in Cimarron, KS. They shared many great years together and were inseparable as a couple; they ate lunch together every single day and worked side by side at their construction company. She worked several jobs before taking over Campbell Decorating where she ran the store for over twenty years while also taking care of the clerical work for Atchison Construction. She continued her role in Atchison Construction for the rest of her life.

The most important part of Vicki- life was her family. Her life revolved around her husband Dale and her sons, Andrew (Katie), Matthew (Lindsey), her daughter Rebecca; and her grandchildren, Larken, Cooper, Callum and Brooks. She did not miss a single sporting event and she spoiled them endlessly. She loved her grandkids so much that she would even get out in the cold to attend their events. The memories that they made together as a family are endless and always included the family dogs. She loved to fish and enjoyed taking her kids fishing with her.

Vicki and Dale always wanted to become foster parents, so she did so a few years ago and gained her bonus daughters, Myka and Makyla. She is also survived by her siblings, William (Teri) Blair and Karen Hall and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale and two nephews, James Blair and Shawn Hall.
