Judith M. “Judy” (Moskau) Armstrong, 78, of Topeka, Kansas formerly of Wathena, Kansas passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, in Topeka. 

Judy was born on March 9, 1944, in Wathena, Kansas to Burnace and Nettie (Mc Collum) Moskau. 

She worked as an executive secretary in banking for several years. 

She married David Armstrong on December 28, 1962.  He preceded her in death on September 8, 2011.  Judy was also preceded by her parents, sisters, Patricia Armstrong and Norene Beyer. 

Survivors include her daughters; Roya Eck (Mitch) of Towanda, Kansas 

                                        Stacy Montgomery (Stacy) of Auburn, Kansas 

        3 grandchildren; Tiffany Dunn (Kameron McCain) 

                Logan Eck (Ruth) 

               Brooke Hedges (Jordan) 

        1 great-granddaughter, Riley Eck 

    Brother, David Moskau (Cheryl) of St. Joseph, Missouri 

          Several nieces and nephews 

GRAVESIDE SERVICES: Saturday, September 24, 2022 – 11:30 A.M. 

               At Bellemont Cemetery in Wathena, Kansas 

 Visitation: family will receive friends 1 hour prior to graveside (10:30-11:30) at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Wathena, Kansas
