Raymond L. Dibbern, 75, of Circleville, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the Holton Community Hospital.

He was born July 18, 1945 at Atchison, the son of Loren and Cora Hundley Dibbern. He graduated from Soldier High School in 1963.

Ray was a welder for the Sante Fe Railroad in Topeka for thirty-eight years.

He was a member of the Circleville United Methodist Church, the Circleville Saddle Club and Circleville Masonic Lodge No. 20, AF&AM.

Ray married Stella Marie Blackwell on November 4, 1974 in Miami, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on September 27, 2018.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Patty Brownell.

Survivors include a step-daughter, Sandy Blackwell, North Myrtle Beach, SC; a step-son, Randy Blackwell, Netawaka; two brothers, Kenny Dibbern (Joan), Holton, and Paul Dibbern (Sherri), Netawaka; two sisters, Carol Buehler (Jay), Holton, and Linda Walder (Carl), Delia; six grandchildren, Rachel Gross (Chris), Jamie Moser, Dana Murray (J.D.), Jason Langberg (Rachel), Bobbi Hunter (Alex) and Sean Langberg, and eleven great grandchildren, Baylee Pitts, Meagan Pitts, Macey Gross, Allie Blume, Jenna Pitts, Tiah Gross, Sadey Gross, Thayne Gross, Karlie Murray, Kylie Murray and Everett Langberg.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 5th at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Holton. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Friday. Please wear a mask at the services. Burial will be later in the Olive Hill Cemetery.
