Ragina Marie Keo-Winsea-Fallsdown

Ragina Marie Keo-Winsea-Fallsdown, 36, of Ranchester, Wyoming, passed away on August 14, 2015 in an automobile accident near Wyola, Montana. Ragina was born on April 9, 1979 in Horton, Kansas the daughter of Dennis and Christine Winsea Harr. Ragina was a sales manager for AT&T Cellular. She was a member of the Kickapoo Tribe. Survivors include, her mother and step father, Christine and Jeffery Pewamo of Horton, Kansas; daughters, Stacey Linette Gibbons of Lodge Grass, Montana and Jenaya Eliana Keo of Billings, Montana; sons, Jaylin Elijah Keo and Joshua Jerrel Keo both of Billings, Montana; sisters, Rolanda Shopteese and April Thompson both of Horton, Kansas; brother, Jeffery Pewamo Jr. of Horton, Kansas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kennekuk Church services will be at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Kickapoo Community Building.
