Mavis M. Green, age 90 of Auburn, passed away Friday, May 08, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn.

Survivors include her children Larry Green and wife Sue of Miramar Beach, FL; Judy Grotrian and husband Charles of Nebraska City; Mary Jane Green of Syracuse; grandchildren Jay Grotrian and wife Michel; Sheri Grotrian-Ryan and husband Kyle; Lew Brownfield; Leigh Ann Brownfield; great-grandchildren Reis James Grotrian, Max and Benet Fronk, Kai Ryan, and Ian Ryan; sister Ina Mae Nicholson and husband Robert of Sterling Heights, MI; brother-in-law Jerry Day of Pace, FL; brother-in-law Marvin Green and wife Tena of Auburn, NE; sister-in-law Marie Biere and husband Earl of Brock; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, May 12, 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Johnson. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Monday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 7:30. Burial will be in Sheridan West Cemetery near Auburn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be designated by the family at a later date.
