Viola Linscott, 98, of Denton, TX, formerly of Falls City, NE, passed away January 7, 2015 at Denton. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.

PARENTS:  the late Henry G. & Lizzie A. (Gonzer) Apel

MARRIAGE:  Judd Linscott August 18, 1937 at Falls City, NE; he passed away March 30, 1986

LIFE HISTORY:

Viola was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1934. Following graduation she worked at an Insurance Agency for Mabel Johnson and following their marriage the couple established their home in Falls City.

She continued to live in Falls City until 2011 when she moved to Texas to be with her daughter and finally residing at Joyful Journey Assisted Living Home in Denton. She loved gardening.

FUNERAL SERVICES:  Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Weinert officiating, interment in Steele Cemetery.
