Kenneth Wayne Ross, 61, of rural Hiawatha, Kansas, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 at the University Of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas due to the injuries he received in an automobile accident. He was born on September 27, 1953 in Horton, Kansas the son of Norman C. and Ruth A. Loyd Ross. Kenny was a farmer, stockman and sold seed for Midland. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Everest, Kansas. On September 24, 1984 he married Sharee L. Fischer in Watson, Missouri. She preceded him in death on April 13, 2013. Survivors include his mother, Ruth A. Ross of rural Hiawatha, Kansas; sister, Sharon (Duane) Becker of Moundridge, Kansas; brother-in-law, Bob (Nancy) Fischer of Watson, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Zion Lutheran Church north of Everest, Kansas where the family will greet friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
