Travis Charles Toy, 39, died from bone cancer at his home on November 2, 2014. He was born on June 24, 1975 to parents, Charles L. and Sarah (Ricketts) Toy. Travis graduated from both Valley Falls High School and Kaw Valley Vo-tech in 1994.

He liked to hunt and fish, and also enjoyed riding ATVs. Travis loved dogs and was rarely seen without his "best friend", a Vizsla named Woody.

He is survived by his parents Charles & Sarah Toy, Valley Falls, KS, and brother Christopher & Katherine Toy and 18 month old nephew Theodore "Teddy" Toy, Wichita, KS.

Friends and family are invited to join in a celebration of life Sunday, November 9 from 3:00 to 6:00 at the 4-H building in Valley Falls.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
