Harold E. Allen, 80, of Topeka, KS passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 at Stormont Vail Hospital. He was born May 11, 1935 in Topeka, the son of Roy Thomas and Fern Burkett Allen.Harold graduated from Highland Park High School in 1953. He also attended 3 years and graduated from Faith Bible Institute. Harold pr
