Hiawatha won both the girls and boys division of the Falls City Quad track meet at Jug Brown Stadium Tuesday.
Hiawatha won the girls meet with 92 points, Falls City was second with 85, HTRS third with 57.5 and Doniphan West was fourth with 15.
For the Boys the Redhawks dominated the meet with 117 points, Falls City was second with 67, HTRS third with 57 and Doniphan West was fourth with 15.
Hiawatha girls winning events were:
Brianna Schmitz in the high jump, 200 meters & 100 meters; Elizabeth Chilcoat in the 100 meter hurdles and 400 meters; Jordan Puvogel in the 1600 meters; Kassydi Miller in the 3200.
Hiawatha girls also won the 3200 meter relay; 400 meter relay and 1600 meter relay.
Falls City girls winning events were: Hayley Cochran – long jump;
Claire Poppe – 300 meter hurdles; Brooke Scheitel – 800 meters.
HTRS girls event winners were: Hannah Volker in the discus and shot; Liz Railsback – pole vault; Britney Huppert – triple jump.
For the Boys:
Hiawatha events winners were: Josh Hinkle – discus and shot; Conner Bigham – triple jump; Denzel Chilcoat – 100 meters and 200 meters; Kooper Winterscheidt – 400 meters; Cale Heiniger – 3200 meters and 1600 meters; Hiawatha also won the 3200 meter relay; and 1600 meter relay.
Falls City Winners: Zach Jordening – high jump; Josh Stoller – pole vault; Lucas Kirkendall – 110 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles.
The Tigers also won the 400 meter relay.
Travis Jorn of HTRS won the ling jump and Marc Ellis of Doniphan West won the 800 meters.
