02/28/2012

A Hiawatha teenager charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child has been found competent to stand trial.
Brown County District Judge Jim Patton made the ruling during a hearing last Friday for 18-year-old Dylan Dodge based on an evaluation conducted by KANZA Mental Health on January 19th.
A preliminary hearing for Dodge was set for March 14th.
Dodge was arrested last September following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a child born in 1997.
