Falls City Recreation’s 13th annual pancake feed will be held Sunday, February 26th in the commons area of Falls City High School.
This will be a free-will offering meal with pancakes, sausage and drinks served from 8 a-m until 1 p-m.
Profits from the pancake feed along with the business fund drive done in early summer are the main public fund-raisers for the Falls City Recreation Program.
It takes approximately $30,000 annually to run the current programs consisting of girls softball leagues, boy’s baseball leagues, a tee ball program, swim team, Red Cross swim lessons, soccer and flag football.
Those unable to attend the pancake fed but wanting to make a donation can drop it off or mail it to First National Bank and Trust Company in Falls City.
