(KNZA)--Hiawatha motorists are given a heads up regarding a change for regular travel Friday afternoon.
That's because repair work is being conducted on the railroad tracks on Oregon Street, according to a text alert issued by the City late Friday morning.
That means the crossing will be closed to traffic until around 4:00 in the afternoon.
Motorists much use an alternate route while the work is being conducted.
