(KNZA)--A pickup truck reported stolen from the Kickapoo Reservation has been recovered.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the 2003 Ford F-250 pickup belonging to the Kickapoo Housing Authority was recovered Wednesday evening in Holton after a citizen reported to the sheriff’s office a suspicious vehicle parked behind 307 Montana Street.
The pickup was stolen from the Kickapoo Housing Authority maintenance yard sometime between March 19th-23rd.
The Kickapoo Tribal Police Department on Tuesday sought the public’s assistance in locating the vehicle.
