There will be a free landowner stewardship workshop on Saturday, April 18th from 8:30AM to 3:00PM at the Perry Wildlife Area located at 7760 174th Street in Valley Falls.
Lunch will be provided by K-16 Quail Forever.
The workshop will include: Pond & Fish Population Management, a Prescribe burn - weather premitting, Woodland Management Practices, Wetland Enhancements for Waterfowl, Deer and Turkey Habitat Improvements, Quail, Rabbit and Pheasant Habitat Practices, and USSDA and State Cost Share Opportunities.
