(KTNC) - A Falls City man will be tried in District Court on four felony counts. The case against 27-year-old Kyle Wissler was bound over to District Court during a hearing Wednesday in Richardson County Court.
Wissler faces felony charges of burglary, theft between $500 and $1500, possession of burglar’s tools, and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
Wissler is charged in connection with the theft of several items, including John Deere batteries and tools, from near Verdon on August 9th.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for Kyle Wissler at 9:30 a.m. on February 19th in Richardson County District Court.
