04/19/2012

A Seneca man convicted of sexual exploitation of a child has been placed on probation.
45-year-old Stephen Moeller was sentenced in Nemaha County District Court to 32 months in prison on the felony charge.
However, the prison sentence was suspended and Moeller was then placed on 36 months supervised probation.
Moeller was arrested last November by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, law enforcement officers commissioned by the Kansas Attorney General’s office.
