Lewis Rakosnik faces 33 counts of felony abuse of a vulnerable adult, two felony charges of attempted abuse of a vulnerable adult, and four misdemeanor charges of attempted felony abuse.
Rakonsnik was arrested January 31st, following a five-month Nebraska State Patrol investigation. Authorities say Rakosnik stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from his elderly uncle over an 11-month period.
