Atchison County Commissioners plan to meet at 4:00 Monday afternoon to discuss solid waste instead of their regular morning meeting.
They will meet with Heineke LLC at 4:30 to discuss the next stage in the KDHE mandated reconstruction of combined sewer overflows before the joint city-county work session Monday evening at six at Benedictine College’s Ferrell Academic Center.
During their regular Wednesday meeting, Commissioners were observed by high school students from Atchison High School, Maur Hill Mount Academy and ACCHS.
County Commissioner Jeff Schuele says it was a record turnout.
