(KAIR) -- An Atchison foundation is giving an opportunity for a minority or at-risk student in Atchison County a chance for a full-ride scholarship to Benedictine College.
The Atchison Community Educational Foundation is seeking applicants for the Atchison Leaders’ Scholarship.
