Table Games Dealer 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 

Conducts the game(s) assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers. Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information about problems happening on your game are passed onto your supervisor. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Conduct the games as assigned. 

2. Assume responsibility and control of money and chips. 

3. Follow all dealing policies and procedures. 

4. Maintain a high degree of customer service. 

5. Communicate any and all information about problems on your game to your supervisor. 

6. Completes other duties as directed by your supervisor or higher. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

EDUCATION: 

??High School Diploma / G.E.D 

EXPERIENCE: 

??Previous experience as a blackjack or craps dealer or satisfactory completion of the Sac & Fox Dealing Course. 

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY/SKILLS: 

??Personable, customer service oriented. 

??Work well with the public. 

??Must be available to work any and all hours/days and be able to rotate shifts if required. 

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

??Must be 18 at time of hire. 

??All employees must successfully pass a background investigation to be employed by the Casino. 

??Responsible for Compliance with the Casino’s Internal Control Policy & Procedure as it relates to the position’s stated job description.
