Lola Jean (Lantz) Clutter, 83 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 in Lincoln, Nebraska at Bryan West Memorial Hospital. She was born April 28, 1939 to Leonard and Maude (Hartman) Lantz in Pawnee City, Nebraska.
She attended Pawnee City High School.

Lola married Robert H. Spier on July 17, 1955 at Coryell Park, Auburn, Nebraska. To that union 5 children were born. Lola married Robert Earl Clutter in Humboldt, Nebraska on October 26, 1975.

Lola worked for 28 years at the Beatrice Development Center, in Beatrice, Nebraska. Lola’s hobbies were crocheting, reading, knitting and she loved to grow flowers. Lola enjoyed going to all her kids and grandkids ball games and other activities and she loved playing with the great grandkids.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pawnee City, Nebraska.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Maude Lantz, husband Robert Clutter, brothers, Ralph Lantz, Kenneth Lantz and Keith Lantz, sons, Larry and Dale Spier and nephew Tom Lantz.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey Lynn (Teresa) Spier of Pawnee City, NE, daughters, Norma Jean (Frank) Hamilton of Beatrice, NE and Theresa Louise (Charles) Schneider of Beattie, KS, daughter-in-law Leslie Spier of Waverly, NE, nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brother Kyle Lantz at the VA home in Kearney, NE, numerous, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Funeral Services 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Zion Lutheran Church, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Officiating Reverend Tim Llewellyn. Visitation on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Interment at the Pawnee City Cemetery, Pawnee City, Nebraska.
