William Albert “Bill” Postma Sr., 81 of Muscotah, Kansas passed away on April 21, 2022 in Topeka, Kansas.

Celebration of Life will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the Muscotah Community Center.

William was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Albert and Erleene Postma on September 17, 1940. He went to school at Rogers High School in Grand Rapids Michigan. He married Katherine Lucille Smith on March 12th 1960. He worked for 28 years at Lockwood Printing Company in Atchison and many years at Sac and Fox Casino in Powhattan, Kansas. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving for 3 1/2 years and was stationed in Frankfort Germany. William was an active member of Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, artifact collecting and gold panning. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

William is preceded in death by his wife Katherine Lucille Smith Postma, two sisters Betsy Ryan and Mary Jane Muncy, brother Jerry Postma, Grandsons Kyler Postma and Drake Banks and great granddaughter Mia Crump.

William is survived by his wife Ginger Campbell Postma, sister Laura Drews, brother Steve Postma, children William A Postma Jr, Michael L Postma (Tamara), Adam W Postma, Janelle McMillin (Cory), Doug Jensen, Lindsey Frederick (Matt Lefler) and Wesley Frederick (Dawnyell), 20 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Muscotah Cancer Center.
