Betty Lou Davis, 74, of Netawaka, KS, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her home with family by her side. She was born August 3, 1946 in Creston, IA, the daughter of Ray Irvin and Rosella Mae (Crum) Elliott.

Betty graduated from Circleville High School in 1964. She worked for Wetmore Grocery for 3 years and for Walmart in Holton; retiring after 25 years.

 Betty attended Bancroft Community Church and later Wetmore Bible Church.

She married Francis A. Davis on June 6, 1964 in Bancroft, KS. They celebrated over 56 years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, Francis of the home; 5 sons, Jerry Davis (Pam) of Goff, KS, Bruce Davis of Netawaka, KS, Robert “Bob” Davis (Alicia) of Soldier, KS, William “Bill” Davis (Bridget) of Circleville, KS and Harold Davis of Norfolk, VA; a brother, Donald Elliott (Virginia) of Holton, KS; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Darrell Wayne Davis on July 19, 2011; grandson, Corey Allen Davis on February 2, 2009 and a brother, Virgil Elliott.

 Private Family Funeral will be at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be at a later date at Ontario Cemetery. Guestbook will be available at the funeral home.
