Lillian Marie Berry, 75, of Atchison KS died on Wednesday, Sept. 23rd, 2020 at the Mosaic Life Care Center, St. Joseph, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, Sept. 26th, 2020 at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Corpus Christi Cemetery, Mooney Creek, KS.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Lillian was born on January 21, 1945 in Atchison, KS the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Jones) Portenier.  She worked for over 30 years as a custodian and plant employee for Rockwell- Atchison Casting.  Lillian enjoyed fishing, picnics and bar-b-que ’s with her family.

Survivors include four sons; Larry Rathmann, Jr, Atchison KS, Mark Carlson, Overland Park, KS, Mike Carlson, Great Bend, KS, and Sonny Berry, Lancaster, KS, three daughters; Jeanne Jenson, Arlington, KS, Joyce Irby, Rogue, KS and Karolyn Terrazas ,Victorville, CA a sister; Sandy Tull, Atchison, KS, twenty six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Her parents, four brothers, Fred , Bill, Tom and John Portenier and two  sisters, Helen Birkinsha and Patricia Ann Emery preceded her in death.
