Donna Lotter 74, of Rock Port, MO (formerly of Falls City, NE), passed away July 6, 2020 at Rock Port. She was born July 8, 1945 at Maryville, MO to Ernest and Lawana (Woolgar) Wright.

She married Terry Lotter on May 26, 1963 at Mound City, MO. He passed away July 18, 1996.

Donna was raised at Mound City and graduated Mound City High School in 1963. When married the couple established their home in Falls City and in 1965 moved to New Jersey. They returned to Falls City in 1972. She worked for Falls City Hospital as a CNA for 43 years and worked at various restaurants as a waitress, including the Elks Club for 15 years. She moved to Rock Port in 2015 to be near her daughter and retired from the hospital in 2018. She loved being a grandma to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her children, Bill and his fiancé Jan Price of Falls City, Angela Lloyd and her husband Mark of Rock Port, John of Tecumseh, Michelle Verbeek and her wife Robbie of Omaha, step-son, Rodney Lotter of California, brother, John Wright and his wife Theresa of Spring, TX, sister, Diane Acklin and her husband Raymond of Raytown, MO, thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Donna’s body has been cremated and private graveside services will be held on Friday at Steele Cemetery.
