Theresa "Tracy" Ann Long, 56, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

She was born on January 12, 1963 in Topeka, Kansas the daughter of James and Mary Schuetz Clouse. Tracy graduated from Horton High School in 1981. She worked as a receptionist at the Cotton O'Neil Medical Clinic for a number of years until she had to quit due to her failing health.  She then helped her husband with their restaurant business's for 10 years.

On July 25, 1987 she married Chris Long at the St. Leo's Catholic Church in Horton, Kansas. She was a member of the St. Leo's Catholic Church and loved stock car racing with her husband.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Long of the home, Horton, Kansas; mother, Mary Clouse of Horton, Kansas; two daughters, Jamie Lynn Long of Horton, Kansas and April Ann (Brandon) Adame of Mayetta, Kansas; son, Christopher (Jessie) Long II of Osage City, Kansas; sister, Vicky Gockel & (Bob Hauser) of Overland Park, Kansas; brother, Rick (Jeannie) Clouse of Horton, Kansas and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, James Clouse and a brother, Terry Clouse.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas. Burial will be at the St. Leo's Catholic Cemetery.
