Steven G. Waring, 72, of Tecumseh, passed away Friday, August 10, 2018.  He was born to Keith and Juanita (Rice) Waring on November 30, 1945 in Fairbury, Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife Carol Waring of Tecumseh, son, Russell Waring and wife Christy of Tecumseh, daughter, Stephanie Waring of Tecumseh, grandchildren, Mason, Eli and Jack Waring and Keaton, Kole and Kylie Kleespies and brother, Gary Waring and wife Sandy of Tecumseh. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the United Methodist Church in Tecumseh, Nebraska with Pastor Rob Clark officiating.

Visitation will be at the Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, Nebraska, Monday, August 13, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends from 6-8 p.m.

Memorials may go to the family’s choice.

Interment will be in the Tecumseh Cemetery, Tecumseh, Nebraska.
