A gift of 2-thousand-250-dollars is now in the hands of the Axtell High School FFA, given by the Nemaha-Jackson County Dairy Heard Information Association.
The monies were given for the specific purpose of enhancing and promoting dairy education in the school and community.
DHIA also allocated similar gifts, for similar reasons, to other area schools in recent days.
