A young Horton man has been arrested on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. 20-year-old Jason Thompson made his first appearance in Brown County Court Monday on the felony charge. A preliminary hearing was set for February 22nd. Thompson was arrested Saturday following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a child born in 1997. He remains in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
