A Marysville woman charged in the shooting death of her husband changes her plea.
As part of plea agreement, Amanda " Marina" Baynton pleaded no contest Wednesday in Marshall County District Court to an amended charge of second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
District Judge John Weingart set sentencing for March 6th.
Baynton had previously pleaded " not guilty " in December to a charge of first-degree murder and a jury trial was scheduled to begin February 27th .
Baynton is charged in the June 2011 shooting death of her husband, Derek, at the couple’s home.
