It was determined that the driver was found to be driving while suspended, and he was subsequently found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.”

Jennings, of Effingham, faces charges for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, as well as driving while suspended.
