(KAIR)--A Leavenworth County man has been indicted on federal charges stemming from the production of child pornography.
That word from Acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall, who says 25-year-old Bradley Hilt is charged with two counts of producing child pornography, one count of distributing child pornography, and one count of possessing child pornography.
The Linwood resident is alleged to have committed the crimes in 2014 and 2016.
The indictment alleges that Hilt enticed a minor and took pictures with a cell phone, allegedly distributing the images online through the use of a file sharing program.
If convicted, Hilt faces decades in federal prison.
