(KLZA)-- EDGE Executive Director Beckie Cromer provided a quarterly update to the Falls City Council Monday night.
Cromer says EDGE has been discussing the possibility of a housing sub-division on the northwest corner of Falls City, near the hospital. A potential partnership has been discussed with City representatives. There are a number of infrastructure hurdles that need to be cleared.
Cromer also noted that the finishing touches are being put on the EXCEL Development Corporations second set of units, which are ready to be leased. The Wilderness Falls II addition consists of 7 duplexes, creating 14 new living units in Falls City.
Excel is currently leasing the units with some tenants already approved.
