Brownville Water Declared Safe
07/18/2016

(KLZA)--It's good news for Brownville residents, as the Nemaha County, Nebraska village's water supply is given a clean bill of health.

According to a press release, the boil water advisory, issued July 13th, has been lifted following testing of the water.

The advisory was issued after a threat of E.coli bacteria was discovered. However, the special samples submitted have tested negative for total coliform and fecal or E.coli bacteria.
