(KNZA)--A Holton man accused of sex crimes in four separate cases is behind bars after violating his probation in a misdemeanor case for driving under the influence.
The Topeka Capital Journal reports 21-year-old Jacob Ewing was arrested Wednesday night after deputies found alcohol in his home during his latest arrest June 28th for sex offenses.
Ewing is currently being held in the Jackson County Jail without bond, but will meet with a judge who could set an amount.
Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says consuming alcohol was also not allowed while he was out on bond in one of the sex crime cases.
Ewing has been arrested four times since May for sex crimes dating back to January 2014. He posted bond shortly after his arrest in each of those cases.
Miller filed motions Wednesday requesting that Ewing’s probation be revoked in the DUI case and his bond in the felony sex crimes case.
A hearing hasn’t been set yet.
