Falls City Water Tower
(KLZA)-- The Falls City Council did not remove from the table a request to pass an ordinance restricting the distance registered sex offenders can live to a school or licensed daycare Monday night.
Joan Stoller of Falls City is asking the ordinance be passed but was unable to attend the meeting Monday night due to illness. Mayor Jerry Oliver suggested leaving the item tabled until the January 4th Council meeting.
