(KNZA)-- Doniphan County’s noxious weed director is serving in a new temporary role.
As of Monday, Francis Hubbard has transferred to the 2nd District road department.
The County Commission indicated at a recent meeting that the move was necessary due to the current shortage of personnel in the 2nd and 3rd districts.
Hubbard is scheduled to serve on the road district crew until the noxious weed season starts up again next March 1st.
