(KLZA)-- A nine-month remodeling project was celebrated Sunday afternoon. A large crowd turned out for the Open House and tours of the newly remodeled F & M Bank in Falls City.
F&M Bank President Kevin Malone said the bank made a decision to remodel rather than build new in the best interest of the bank and downtown Falls City. Malone said they are very pleased with the way the project turned out.
During the event F&M Bank presented donations of $2,500 to the Falter Museum, the Falls City Main Street Program to replant the landscaping at 17th and Stone Street and to the Falls City Chamber of Commerce to put toward new Christmas lights.
