Kansas Highway Patrol
(KNZA)--A Meriden motorcyclist is hurt following a Thursday late morning wreck near downtown Topeka.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 21-year-old Brandon Lee Morris was transported to Topeka's Stormont Vail for treatment of injuries following the crash that happened shortly before 12 noon on I-70.
Morris was eastbound on the Interstate traveling at what the patrol says was a high rate of speed when the crash occurred.
