(KLZA)-- A Holdrege, Nebraska Company has started work to replace the traffic signal at 16th and Harlan Street in Falls City.
North and South traffic on Highway 73 which is Harlan Street is narrowed to one-lane each direction while the work is underway. The cost to replace the traffic signals $130,624.
