(KNZA)--A Horton man will stand trial on charges in connection with an alleged home invasion in April on the Kickapoo Reservation.
Following the presentation of evidence at a preliminary hearing Wednesday, Brown County Attorney Kevin Hill says a judge found probable cause existed for 32-year-old Tyler “ Tiger” Banks to be bound over to District Court on five counts.
Arraignment was scheduled for October 26th.
Banks is charged with felony counts of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and criminal threat along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property.
Jury trials are set for two other men charged in the case. 21-year-old Andrew Darnell is scheduled for a 4-day trial beginning December 8th on five felony counts, and a trial for 35-year-old Westley Banks is set to begin January 5th on seven counts.
All three men remain in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bond.
