(KLZA)-- 29-year-old Lucas Vice of Lincoln appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for sentencing on a pair of domestic assault charges.
Vice was sentenced to concurrent one-year sentences in the Richardson County Jail. He was allowed credit for 240 days served.
With the amount of time already served, Vice did not have to return to jail.
Originally Vice was arrested in July of 2014 on charges of terroristic threats, strangulation and use of a firearm to commit a felony. He was accused of assaulting Bailey Jones in their Shubert home over a period of several days.
