(KLZA)-- One man was injured and another arrested as a result of a wreck involving two motorcycles Saturday evening in Richardson County on Highway 8 about three miles east of Salem.
The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office report indicates a motorcycle driven by 55-year-old Donald Kohake of Sabetha was westbound on Highway 8 when a westbound motorcycle driven by 31-year-old Jeff McLlafferty of Sabetha ran into the Kohake motorcycle.
McLlafferty lost control of his bike and wrecked. McLlaferty was transported to Community Medical Center in Falls City. The extent of his injuries were unknown, but he was later transported by helicopter to another hospital.
