(KNZA)--A Topeka man, driving what authorities identify as a stolen vehicle containing what are believed to be improvised explosive devices, is facing numerous charges in Jackson County.
Sheriff Tim Morse says 39-year-old Justin White was arrested following a vehicle stop made due to a traffic infraction near 134th and O. Road. It was learned the Volkswagen Jetta he was driving had been reported as stolen to Topeka Police on June 22nd.
White was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, illegal registration, and criminal possession of an explosive device.
White is awaiting bond.
