(KNZA)--A search warrant served Friday evening in Jackson County leads to one arrest.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says targeted was an alleged drug distribution house, located at 14150 N.1 Lane, where 33-year-old Mayetta resident Josias Aitkens was arrested.
He was taken into custody on charges of felony possession of marijuana, felony possession with intent to distribute, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal possession of firearms.
Aitkens is held in the Jackson County Jail.
Officers with the Potawatomi Tribal Police helped serve the warrant, and the Brown County Sheriff's Office also assisted.
