(KNZA)--A man wanted in connection with an April home invasion on the Kickapoo Reservation is now in custody.
Online records for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections confirm that Tyler Banks is currently in custody at the Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma Jail.
Details regarding his arrest, including when he was apprehended, are not currently available.
When the search for Banks was launched, authorities deemed him “armed and dangerous.”
That followed the April 24th home invasion, which led to the arrest of two other men.
Both 35-year-old Westley Banks and 21-year-old Andrew Darnell are scheduled to appear in a Brown County courtroom Wednesday for preliminary hearings.
Westley Banks, a former Kickapoo Tribal Council member, is charged with four felonies, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and criminal threat.
21-year-old Andrew Darnell is charged with aggravated robbery and criminal threat.
Both remain jailed in Brown County.
Court documents allege the home invasion involved forced entry into the home and the threatening of two occupants at gunpoint.
