(KNZA)-- Only minor injuries following a double vehicle wreck late Tuesday afternoon south of Everest.
Brown County Undersheriff Randy Linck says it happened when a vehicle, driven southbound on K-20 by Everest resident Dawna Wilhelm, failed to yield at the stop sign as she attempted to turn left onto westbound U.S. Highway 73.
It was then she was struck by a westbound vehicle driven by Paul Thornton of Horton.
Thornton suffered minor injuries, and was transported by ambulance to the Horton Community Hospital for treatment.
The wreck was reported around 5:10 Tuesday afternoon.
